Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Add rome bootstrap device node"

This reverts commit c3eb836a4e19 ("ARM: dts: msm: Add rome bootstrap
device node").

CNSS driver will take the ownership of GPIO46 for connectivity HW,
hence remove it from BT driver device tree note.
