ARM: dts: msm: remove S3 configuration from PM8994 and PMI8994 PON devices

As per the latest hardware documentation, S3 configuration for
PM8994 and PMI8994 PON devices should not be modified by HLOS
so that the configuration done earlier by the bootloader itself
can stay intact. Remove them.
