soundwire: Avoid pm_runtime_suspended check condition

Avoid checking of pm_runtime_suspended call for calling
pm_runtime_get_sync in soundwire read/write operations.
Call pm_runtime_get_sync unconditionally and pm_runtime
will take care of reference count. Change avoids race
conditions during soundwire read/write operations.
