power: qpnp-fg: load thermal coefficients after profile load

The thermal coefficient loading in the profile init is incorrectly
placed and will always load the thermal coefficient whether or not the
battery profile is actually loaded.

Fix this by moving the thermal coefficients write after the fuel gauge
restart.
