msm: qpnp-haptic: set up sysfs interface for common cmhw implementation , Dejank the haptics

 * Rename vmax_mv to vtg_level
 * Add min/max/default voltage sysfs entries
 * Add mutexes and call hap_set without the workqueue for direct mode
