ARM: dts: msm: Fix XCPU violation with TLMM_MPM_WAKEUP_INT_EN register

TLMM_MPM_WAKEUP_INT_EN register is used to enable TLMM MPM wakeup
interrupt for HSIC strobe line. Only RPM can write to this register.
This change is used to remove the register entries from usb node to
avoid the register access from USB.
