ARM: dts: msm: Revert change to fix wlan boot issue

Rome Volatage regulator is fixed regulator.
After BT aquiring the regulator wlan failed to get the gpio
and eventually failed platform driver initalization, resulting
in wlan driver load failure. Hence reverting this fix.
