USB: phy-msm: Fix hub_reset_gpio configuration during bootup

hub_reset_gpio is not handled correctly in msm_otg_probe. This
change is added to correct the hub_reset_gpio request handle in probe.
Otherwise it could cause gpio invalid warnings with call stack dumped
during bootup.
