ARM: dts: msm: Add snapshot JDI display panel device tree files

These JDI panels are used on some msm8996 devices. Add the device tree
files for them, taken from the msm-3.14 kernel as of commit 4066adfa
(Merge "mdss: msm: keep smmu power rail on during continuous splash")
