ARM: dts: msm: Update the FG parameters for 8909w+PM660

Enable the following properties -

1. Select external-rsense - Supported configuration on WTP
2. Update FG cutoff voltage to 3.4V
3. Update recharge-mv threshold to 4.1V (for 4.2V vfloat battery)
