Revert "ARM: dts: msm: thulium-v1: add PCI-e SMMU nodes"

This reverts commit 154e21c58a3bac9b11c0d75fa15a00be391e0144.
The original commit is meant for when SMMU is in bypass mode
for PCIe. SMMU is no longer in bypass mode; therefore, the
original commit should be reverted.
