ARM: dts: msm: Add irqs to the mpm bypass list for msm8940

Add irqs 260 and 262 to the mpm bypass list as these IRQs
are in enabled state and not allowing APSS XO shutdown.
So add these IRQs to bypass list so that they won't
block system sleep.
