ARM: dts: msm: use appropriate regulators for sensors on msm8909w

msm8909W BG uses pm660 regulator whereas msm8909 do not use
pm660 regulator for light and mag sensors. Donot include
msm8909-regulator.dtsi for 8909W BG and restrictonly to msm8909.
