msm: defconfig: enable DBA driver for msmtitanium

DBA(Display Bridge Abstraction) driver is needed to route
the DSI signal from MDSS HW to DSI-to-HDMI bridge chip.
Enable the configuration flags to support DSI to HDMI feature
on msmtitanium platform.
