ARM: dts: msm: correct Haptics Play rate and actuator type for MSMTITANIUM

MSMTITANIUM CDP and MTP use a LRA motor with Frequency 240Hz. Correct the
Haptics Play Rate Code in the Haptics DT node corresponding to this
frequency. It uses lra as the default actuator type for haptics. Hence
add support for the same.
