ARM: dts: msm: add 1MHZ in CCI for I2C operation to 8996 



Add new 1Mhz timing HW configuration for CCI. This change
increase the max supported clock for I2C.
Currently supported I2C clocks are 100Khz, 400Khz and 1Mhz.
