ARM: dts: msm: Add the mem-protect-id to the modem PIL node on msm8996

Add the "qcom,mem-protect-id" property to the modem PIL node on
msm8996. Adding this enables support for modem to make scm_calls
to TZ/HYP to protect/unprotect modem related memory.
