ARM: dts: msm: Change pmi8950 major version for mtp of 8937

MTP platform supports pmi8950 major version of v1 and v2,
so change pmi major version to v1 in dts. Bootloader can
choose the best match or nearest match DTB, So that devices
with PMI8950 v1.0/v2.0 boots up.
