power: smb1351-charger: add in missing fcc setpoint and update enums

The smb1351 charger supports 2200mA fast charge current. However it is
missing from the current tables. Add this in so that it properly picks
the correct current.

Furthermore, the smb1351 current enums are incorrect for a few values.
Fix these so that they reflect the available hardware configurations.
