ARM: dts: msm8996: display: fix DSI ROI for jdi cmd panel

Starting with following change:
Ieffa48891f4f9219951b6e90009369db993791a7
"msm: mdss: Fix DSI ROI alignment read during DSI probe";
the DSI ROI alignment elements read from dtsi
by the driver have a different order in which they are
interpreted.
This change fixes the correct order of the configuration
parameters in the dtsi for the JDI command mode panel,
so configuration matches the order expected by driver
after the change mentioned above.
