Revert "arm64: Update the TCR_EL1 translation granule definitions for 16K pages" 



Temporarily revert commit 41cb8765277ae6eac2a2abcdb61f06104a7d21f7
in preparation for merging in the Linaro Stable Kernel tag 14.10,
to avoid merge conflicts in the MMU code.
