ARM: dts: msm: update wcnss device node for the msm8909w with PM660

The wcnss wlan module power up sequence has been changed.
To add support for the wcnss new power up sequence update
the wcnss device node.

Update the voltage regulator handler according to new the PMIC
and add external gpio to support new power up sequence for the
wcnss module.
