ARM: dts: msm: remove few coresight devices from msm8996 dt

Device fails to boot while trying to access AUTHSTATUS register
for some of the CoreSight devices. These devices need additional
subsystem clocks to be turned on before accessing their registers.
CoreSight drivers are common and should not rely on individual
subsystem clocks for accessing these registers. Remove these
devices from MSM8996 device tree.
