[ALPS05390740] disp: mt6779: remove ion mapmva heap useage

1. ION will remove mapmva heap for security concern.
2. Display action:
   i: [Round Corner] Remove vmalloc, use ion alloc memory
  ii: [Frame Buffer] Remove directly use mapmva heap,
      use m4u intead of ION
 iii: [Screen Capeture] Remove use ion to reuse vmalloc buffer,
      alloc new by ION, and set data, copy to dst buffer.
