usb: misc: Fix incorrect use of keywords in Kconfig

In 'commit 60de9d75 ("usb: misc: Add snapshot of diag_bridge
driver")', we used wrong keyword in the Kconfig file. Fix that
by using "Qualcomm Technologies".
