ARM: dts: reduce reset delays for nt35597 panels

Reduce the delays during the dsi reset sequence
for the nt35597 dsc-panels and dual-dsi video
mode panel. This optimizes the resume time for
these panels and aligns the delays of the
panels with the nt35597 dual-dsi command mode
that already optimized those delays.
