Revert "ASoC: msm: Add AVS version check for ADSP 2.7".

This reverts commit 20c0cacb.
q6core_get_avs_version() api to query adsp version is
not supported for avs.adsp.2.8 and later components and
gives incorrect results when used.
Hence reverting the change.
