defconfig: arm64: fsm: Modify configs for FSM

* Enable POSIX message queues
* Disable ANDROID_PARANOID_NETWORK
* Disable IPC_ROUTER_SECURITY
* Disable unnecessary drivers:
  - Graphics
  - Sound
  - Bluetooth
  - Wireless LAN
  - Most input devices
