cpufreq: Kconfig: Fixup incorrect selection by CPU_FREQ_DEFAULT_GOV_SCHED

The CPU_FREQ_DEFAULT_GOV_SCHED option is incorrectly selecting
CPU_FREQ_GOV_INTERACTIVE, when it should be selecting
CPU_FREQ_GOV_SCHED.
