ASoC: msm: Enable QUAT_MI2S and SEC_MI2S interface 



Enable capture and playback path over Quaternary
and Secondary MI2S interface. Add QUAT_MI2S_TX
backend DAI. Add routings from FE's to MI2S backend's.
