defconfig: Add WLAN related defconfigs for msm8996_gvmq

The WLAN driver qcacld-3.2 depends on CNSS2, CFG80211 and ralated
defconfigs.  So, add these defconfigs to enable WLAN over PCIe in
virtual platform msm8996_gvmq.
