arm64: mm: Update backport

Since we have commit 118793e2 ("arm64: barriers: make use of
barrier options with explicit barriers"), we can use the mainline
version of commit c8f487a49a52 ("arm64: mm: ensure that the zero page
is visible to the page table walker").
