msm: clock-8974: add seperate lookup table for Pro and V2

Camera MCLKs on the 8974 Pro contain MND dividers and are able to
generate all necessary sensor frequencies. Separate out the lookups
for the MCLKs and the GP clocks that were used as a substitute in
V2 and V1.
