ARM: dts: msm: Add USB device nodes to MSM8992

Add device nodes for USB3 and USB2 controllers, the various
PHYs, BAM and android_usb to MSM8992. The SoC and platforms
are almost identical to MSM8994 so most of it is a straight
copy.

The differences from MSM8994 are:
- Omitted vbus_dwc3-supply from the usb3 node for now since
  the PMI8994 nodes have not yet been added.
- USB BAM pipe entry for QDSS has been switched to using
  OCI memory instead of USB3 internal memory for the FIFOs.
  Therefore the qscratch_ram1_reg and USB3 clocks can also
  be omitted.
- Android USB uses a different IMEM register for the DLOAD
  cookie location
