ARM: dts: msm: Add PMIC GPIO4 default configuration

Default PMIC GPIO4 configuration has been set to LOW
for BT_EN. During WLAN initialize PCIe link, if BT_EN
is high, then it causes fail due to rome power up
sequence. So, in order to avoid PCIe link failure,
put PMIC GPIO4 to LOW state.
