ARM: dts: msm: add basic PMA8084 GPIO and MPP settings for msmsamarium-mtp

Add a skeleton in which to specify default PMA8084 GPIO and MPP
configurations for msmsamarium-mtp.  In cases where the usage of
a GPIO or MPP exactly matches that on msmsamarium-cdp, specify
the default pin configuration.
