ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: DAP: Unset device active state on init error

ds2_dap_init does not reset the active state of a device on error.
This will cause ref counting mismatches on a subsequent
ds2_dap_deinit call. This in turn will cause state mismatches between
DS2 modules notion of currently active device v/s actually active devices
