ARM: dts: msm: Use q-channel for a57 clock gating on MSM8994v2

Using a Q-channel to trigger the SPM clock gating sequence ensures that SPM
is triggered for wfi/wfe as well. On 8994, the A57s cores coming up at the
same time could cause potential voltage droop issues. To prevent voltage
droops, use inrush token manager in the SPM sequence for clock gating to
ensure that the wakeup from wfi/wfe are staggered.
