ARM: dts: msm: enable virtual corner scaling for msm8916 CPR

CPR uses 3 fuse corners (SVS, NORMAL and TURBO) by default. There are
several frequencies under each fuse corner. For more power saving each
of these frequencies considered as virtual CPR corner.

CPR running at virtual corner has the same settings with running at the
corresponding fuse corner except the target quotient. The target quotient
is calculated from dynamic quotient adjustment algorithm.

Add properties needed to enable the dynamic quotient adjustment for each
virtual corner. Add frequency to corner mappings in 8916 clock-a7 device
tree node, this enable the virtual corner scaling in CPR, and make sure
the device receive more power saving.
