Revert "msm: gpiomux-8084: Changing camera MCLK drive strength"

This reverts commit 6b608d68.

The reason for reverting is that this change needs to affect
the drive strength only on the SBC platform but accidently
affected all the 8084 platforms.
This revert returns the original drive strength used so far
in all the 8084 platforms.
A different solution will be uploaded to affect only the SBC.
