soc: qcom: glink_smd_xprt: add IPC logging support

The SMD Transitional Transport does not currently use IPC Logging which
makes it difficult to bisect failure cases involving remote subsystems.

Add IPC Logging support to aid in debugging of the SMD Transitional
Transport.
