ARM: dts: qcom: Change regulator supply of gdsc_oxili for MSMPLUTONIUM

Wrong regulator supply was put into wrong gdsc_oxili node. Remove
wrong supply from gdsc_oxili_cx and add correct one in gdsc_oxili_gx.
