ARM: dts: msm: specify floor voltages for APC regulators on msm8992

Specify the floor override voltages for the virtual corners of APC0
and APC1 CPR regulators. Also, update the floor voltages of all
fuse corners for both the regulators so that power savings can be
obtained.
