ARM: dts: msm: Revise LPM parameters for 8992

PM driver takes LPM parameters as one of the input while deciding
to enter low power modes. Current LPM parameter values are not
optimal and this may lead to more power consumption for application
processor usecases. This change is to tune the low power mode
parameter values such as "time overhead", "steady state power" and
"energy overhead" for msm8992 platform after measuring on the target.
