ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Update supported sample rates of SLIM TX CPU DAIs

As part of effort to support greater than 48khz sample rate recording,
Update SLIMBUS capture CPU DAIs which are yet to declare support of
greater than 48khz sample rates.
