ARM: dts: msm: Add rev-id, temp-alarm and pwm devices for PM8916

The QPNP-REVID driver logs the type, revision and status
information of the PMIC.

The temp-alarm driver monitors the PM8916 die temp and
triggers an interrupt if thermal overload occurs.

The PWM driver supports the 6/9-bit PWM on PM8916.
