arm: dts: msm: remove dead device tree properties

The following properties are not used in any code and have no associated
binding details:

	qti,is-loadable
	qti,dwc-hsphy-init
	qti,reset_hsphy_sleep_on_init
	qti,qdsp6v5cinco

Thus we are removing reference to them.
