ARM: dts: msm: add PM8916 periperhal device nodes for MSM8939

MSM8939 use PM8916 as the PMIC chipset. Include msm-pm8916.dtsi file in
MSM8939 device tree, and mark all of the PMIC peripherals disabled in
msm8939-rumi.dtsi and msm8939-sim.dtsi.
