ARM: dts: Add mpm interrupts for USB device node for msm8939

USB PHY can generate interrupt in XO shutdown as well whenever
there is a change in DP and DM line states in host bus suspend.
Add dts entries for MPM interrupts for detecting data lines state
transitions which will help in detecting peripherals connected
in XO shutdown.
