ARM: dts: msm: add MTP and CDP dts files for msm8992 devices with PM8004

The msm8992-pmi8994-pm8004-cdp.dts and msm8992-pmi8994-pm8004-mtp.dts files
are used for CDP and MTP devices which use PM8004 as a secondary PMIC and
have PMI8994 as a charger PMIC.
